3D printed LED vase

By Andrew Gregory. Posted

This 3D-printed vase is an absolutely brilliant piece of creativity. It’s designed in Fusion 360, and used minimal electronics – just an Adafruit Trinket M0 and a
16-LED Adafruit NeoPixel ring.

The clever thing is that in the base of the vase, where the NeoPixel ring nestles, are the ends of 16 lengths of 2.85 mm transparent PETG filament. These guide the lights (which are, of course, programmable) in a spiral shape around the surface of the vase.
